Return Eligibility

- Not be washed, damaged, or modified

Return Requests

Once the request is reviewed and approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items or change-of-mind returns.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs may be covered or another solution may be provided when appropriate.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns, as we are not responsible for packages lost during transit.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 days.
Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.
